Personal data (hereinafter mostly referred to as "data") are processed by us only in the context of the necessity and for the purpose of providing a functional and user-friendly website, including its contents and the services offered there.

II. Rights of users and affected persons (stakeholders)

With regards to the data processing, described in more detail below, users and affected persons have the right on confirmation, whether data relating to them, are processed, on information about the processed data, to further information about data processing and to copies of data (see also Art. 15 GDPR), for correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete data (see also Art. 16 GDPR), for immediate deletion of their concerning data (see also Art. 17 GDPR) or alternatively, if further processing is required under Art. 17 (3) GDPR, to restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR; to receive the data concerning you and the data provided by you and to transmit this data to other providers/controllers (see also Art. 20 GDPR); on complaint to the supervisory authority, if you consider that the data concerning you, are processed by the provider in violation of data protection regulations (see also Art. 77 GDPR).

In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom he has disclosed data, about any correction or deletion of data or the restriction of data processing, which takes place in accordance with Articles 16, 17 para. 1, 18 GDPR. However, this obligation does not exist insofar as this notification is impossible or disproportionate. Notwithstanding, the user has a right to information about these recipients.

Likewise, users and affected persons have the right, under Art. 21 GDPR, to raise objections to the future processing of their data, if the data are being processed by the provider, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f) GDPR.
In particular, an objection to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes is permitted.


III. Information about data processing

Your data processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage is eliminated, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements and, subsequently, no statements to the contrary regarding individual processing methods are made.


Server Data

For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet presence, data is transmitted through your Internet browser to us or to our web space provider.

With these so-called server log files, among others, Type and version of your internet browser, your computer operating system, the website from which you have switched to our one (referrer URL), the pages of our website(s) that you visit, the date and time of the respective access and the IP address of the internet connection from which you visit our Internet presence, will be collected.

The data collected by this way will be temporarily stored, but not together with other data, provided by you.

This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our Internet presence.

The data will be deleted at the latest after seven days, as long as no further storage for evidence purpose is required. Otherwise, the data will be completely or partially excluded from the deletion, until final clarification of an incident.


Contact requests / contact possibilities

If you contact us via contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your request. The specification of the data is necessary for processing and answering your inquiry - without their provision we can not answer your inquiry or only to a limited extent.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 (1) lit. b) GDPR.

Your data will be deleted, provided that your request has been finally answered and the deletion does not conflict with statutory retention requirements, such as in the case of a subsequent contract.
